Very good condition. Serviced by an authorized Sachtler Service Center in Burbank, CA in March 2024.

Functionally, in excellent condition with no operational defects or limitations. All drag, counterbalance, brake, and plate release mechanisms function as designed without any issues. Leveling bubble checked accurate when compared with a secondary source; the illumination function also works as designed.

Cosmetically, the fluid head and accessories are in good condition. Some superficial wear on the balance (top) plate and on the exterior housings of the head. There are two noteworthy cosmetic defects:

1. The pan bars have some faint etching on them (see third-to-last photo) and some minor paint wear on the rosettes.

2. The 3/8" screw heads on the touch and go plate had caused some wear on the on the surface beneath the plate over time. I decided to smooth and polish this wear, which left a "T" shape on the balance plate (see last two photos). None of the cosmetic wear has any effect on the operation of the head.
