This is a Japanese-made Hybrid II Precision bass with Olympic White and mint green pickguard, which is likely to be made in Japan but is not in the current lineup.
In the current Fender Japan-made base, this color used for HAMAOKAMOTOPRECISIONBASSOWH is a calm white with a cream color that is between the slightly yellowish Vintage White and the pure white Arctic White. This is the color used in American Professional IIP-BASS. It also goes great with the 3-PlyMintGreen pickguard.
21 fret neck end with flange, truss rod adjustable from the top of the neck. The Modern "C" shaped neck with skunk stripes on the back of the neck has a rounded shape that makes it easy to grip, and the satin finish on the back of the neck has a smooth grip, making it easy to finger.
The heart of the bass pickup is the SeymourDuncan SPB-1 (VintageP-Bass) with a cover without a logo! Another point that we are particular about is how it creates the feeling of casual customization.
The SeymourDuncan SPB-1 (VintageP-Bass) pickup uses ALNICO5 magnets to faithfully reproduce the vintage warm and smooth attack tone. It's a sound with a core of Low-MID, and it's a sound that won't be lost among bands. Then try pulling the TONE knob. It is a series-parallel switch, and the tone changes dramatically. A complete change from the firm, thick, warm sound of the series, the Parallel produces a clear high range and delicate, expressive sound, changing to a sound close to the so-called jazz bass sound. Of course, it changes depending on the tone, and you can enjoy the sound of a parallel tone that is just like a vintage jazz bass.
