This order of the arrow patch set was from the Tipisa Lodge 326, Central Florida Council. It includes the top council strip patch (csp) and the 2 piece oa flap set. This was from the 2004 National Order of the Arrow Conference. This is the black border set. Wonderful adaptation of Salvador Dali's 1931 Persistence of Memory (one of my favorite paintings) and Metamorphosis of Narcissus (1937).
