DESCRIPTION: LIGHT BLUE DIE-CUT parallel, #'d 048/199. The numbering is over "HAWKS" on his jersey on back. POP 3 at PSA 9 with none graded higher. Extremely tough grade with the rough-cut die-cut edges, chrome surface, and dark border on front. 

Fresh grade (April 2024), well after PSA raised their grading standards over the pandemic. Comes in a new tight-fitting PSA-branded sleeve.
