Picture cardboard sleeve is in good condition.  Mark on top right corner likely from sticker removal. Fair amount of edge rubbing bing, Integrity of sleeve is fine.

Inner sleeve is in a strong very good plus condition.

Record has been test played and has been found to be in a strong very good plus condition.  Music is great and is crisp, clear and loud.
