Kyoto Nishijin Fukusa Brown Woven Silk Wallet
This lovely vintage fukusa is made in a textured brownish tone silk fabric in a traditional Nishijin weave. Fukusa is kind of a gereral word for several types of items in Japan that are used as wallets, for carrying Kaishi paper or for presentation in various ceremonies. This could be used either by men or women.
It is in perfect, never used condition with its original tag - see photos.
It measures about:
