She has a 3 feather hat and stands holding her dress and basket of flowers. (So perhaps she is a flower seller.) She also has one foot aloft. (So perhaps a dancer.)
Simply a terrific figurine from an important series.

It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition with no cracks or repairs.
Condition Details:
There are some minor chips and losses to the leaves and flowers in the basket, some very fine and light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
