This is a lovely Royal Copenhagen Commemorative Plate showing the monument commemorating the Danish soldier in the war with Slesvig-Holsten 1848-50. The inscription reads: FOR KONGE OG FOR LAND 1848-1898.

There were only 850 copies of this Plate made.

The Plate is a Factory First and is in good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.  It measures approximately 18cm across.
