Mugs are dispatched Royal Mail Second Class small parcel. 

All sample photos colours to be used as a guide only, graphics may have been enlarged to show details better. The received item colour may not match exactly to allow for different screen resolutions, so maybe lighter or darker. Image same on both sides.
Mugs can be placed in the dishwasher but my personal recommendation is hand wash only to preserve mug image quality. Buyers use the dishwasher at their own risk.
Personalisation will be supplied on the finished mug as given by each buyer, so please double check as I can't be held responsible if personalisation is not supplied as requested. I urge buyers to double check before final checkout.
