Selling original Gibson Mastertone NOS Flying Eagle ebony fingerboard. This fingerboard came from the Maudie Moore Estate in Kalamazoo. Maudie Moore was the Engraver and Inlay Artist at Gibson starting in 1969 and continued to work for them even after they moved to Nashville in the late "80's. The fingerboard is a nice, dark ebony that has no cracks or flaws. All frets slots are cut but no frets installed. All inlay is done but the Mastertone block has not been engraved, and bindings will need to be added. Nut width is 1 3/32”, width at last fret is 1 27/32”, 3/16” thick and scale length is 26 3/8”.
