We make every effort to describe items as best we can but do not profess to be an expert. This means that mistakes can sometimes be made so please do not hesitate to ask questions or request additional photos of an item. This will then help you make a decision on whether or not to bid. If you receive an item and feel there is a problem please always contact us first so we can attempt to sort it our amicably.  This may involve you returning the item which is not a problem.
