This MOTU 828 Mk2 FireWire Audio Interface is a reliable workhorse of an interface.

I used this as an ADAT expansion to my other interface, to give me more ins and outs. I sent word clock from my master interface and ended up with a pretty solid and inexpensive multiple in and out setup.

This is one of two units I have. The other is also for sale. This one, unfortunately, has had the rack ears snapped off. They are quite flimsy and made of plastic, rather than metal. So this is not indicative of any extreme rough handling. Just a poor design of MOTU.
