Vintage 1930s 1940s Ivory White Bowler? EE? Hat Black Veil & Dark Green Feathers

I am unsure the production year for this hat. However WPL numbers were issued beginning in 1941 and this is stamped with the WPL number for F&M Hat Company.

The style is similar to an Empress Eugenie or Bowler hat which was popular in the 1930s - I included an copy of a vintage image of a similar hat for reference

Condition is Preowned. There are a couple of dimples on the top of the hat and some discoloration along underside. Please review photos for appearance and approximate flat measurements
