Free shipping  is for the least expensive method with the USPS, most likely media mail,  delivery confirmation included.

  • We will only  ship to addresses in the United States  (sorry no APO's and FPO's.)

  • If payment is made  through Paypal, we will only ship to the address on file with Paypal.   If you want the item shipped to an address other than the Paypal  address, please contact us first.

  • The shipping costs  are fixed and are not negotiable.   The price is the same  for everyone.

  • We will combine  shipping on multiple auctions.  Just request a total at the end  of the auctions.  We will only combine books with books and  puzzles with puzzles--not books and toys together, sorry.

  • Shipping times do  vary depending on the service and the speed of the Postal Service.   This is an approximate time, the items could be delivered sooner or  later than the time stated below and does not take in to account  when we ship or when the auction closes.

    • Media  Mail......up to 14 days

    • Parcel  Post.....up to 14 days

    • Priority  Mail.....2 to 5 days

    • First  Class.......2 to 7 days

  • Items are shipped  through the United States Postal Service (USPS) with Delivery  Confirmation.  The Delivery Confirmation number will be  provided to you via PayPal and/or e-mail. A Delivery Confirmation  number is not a tracking number, it is merely a way for us to  confirm delivery of the item.  Sometimes the USPS will scan the  number while the item is in transit.  In this case, the item  can be tracked on the USPS website.  In most cases, the USPS  will only scan the number at the point of delivery which means you  will not be able to track it.

  • If you have not  received your item within 14+ business days from the first Saturday  after you made your payment, please let us know so we can try to  locate it.

  • Payment  must be received within 5 Days of auction end unless you work  something out with us in advance.

  • All items are sold as-is--no  warranty is implied whatsoever.

  • If there is a problem with the  item, please contact us so we can get it resolved.

  • Most of all, please be patient  as we will respond to your problem as soon as we can.

  • You are responsible to for  making sure that what you are bidding on is what you want.  We  cannot be held responsible for a bid that was inadvertently placed  or a change of mind.

  • We do our best to fully  describe the items we list.  If you find an item that is not as  described or a mistake is made on the listing, please let us know.   After all, we are only human.

  • If for some reason we agree  that the item needs to be returned, the buyer is responsible for all   the return shipping charges.
