My commitment as a seller

• I always leave a feedback only after you leave yours, this will also serve to inform me that the item has been delivered.
• I endeavour to describe my item plus all associated service as accurately as possible; please view photos and item descriptions carefully; any questions please ask prior to bidding or buying.
• Your items will always be securely packed with sufficient protective materials to avoid transit damages.
• I always dispatch within 1-3 working days after receiving your payment and follow with a dispatch notice, therefore, to calculate when your item should arrive and leaving feedback, please consider:  my dispatch period + carrier transit period.  A sales transaction made on Wednesday or Thursday may not be dispatched until Monday because weekends and bank holidays are not considered as working days.
• Before leaving a negative feedback or involving the 'resolution centre', please contact me first via the 'contact seller' portal; 99.9% of cases can be resolved amicably and swiftly.

Payment   

• I only accept PAYPAL unless you opt for Collect-in-Person or Local Delivery when these options are available.
• I only accept CASH for all Collect-in-Person or Local Delivery items; if you pay with Paypal, I will refund you and insist on cash.
• Local Delivery made by myself may be offered on some items; if you wish to inspect the goods, you must do so in London SE18 before delivery.
• Collect-in-Person & Local Delivery - you need to communicate with me within 24hrs to make arrangement and complete the transaction within the next 3-5 days; if you are unable to comply to my requested time frame, please communicate with me before bidding or pressing 'Buy-it-Now'.
• all UNPAID items will be reported to Ebay and a case will be opened against you in accordance to Ebay T&C; please only bid / buy if you are able to commit to the binding contract.

Delivery + Insurance  please check that you're happy with these associated costs, or communicate with me before bidding / buying, as I am unable to negotiate once the auction has finished.  By making a bid or pressing 'Buy-it-Now', you implicitly agree to accept reasonable delivery costs, either quoted on this page, already agreed privately, or calculated after the auction, whichever applies. 

• Shipment can only be sent to your delivery address as registered in your Paypal account.
• Combined postage - you must contact me and provide your Paypal registered address & exact items before bidding / buying to see if this is possible; if you ask me after making payment, I will not be able to make any adjustments.
• Due to increasing fraudulent activities on Ebay combined with many buyers not leaving feedbacks, most items will be sent Signed-For via Royal Mail or courier, hence this reflects on my p&p charge which also includes packaging materials (mostly new) plus fees imposed on me by Ebay & Paypal.  With higher price items, p&p will be significantly higher because of enhanced insurance.
• If the outer parcel appears damaged when it is delivered, you must report this when signing for the packet, for example: 'unchecked goods, box corner is dented' or 'unchecked good, packaging is torn', etc; thereafter, please also take a photo before unwrapping the parcel; your actions can facilitate the claiming process if the internal content is found to be damaged.
• I will always notify you after dispatch and provide a tracking # if one is available; should you miss the initial delivery attempt, you are responsible to make your own arrangement for collection or redelivery. 
• If your item is deemed as 'Return to Sender' and I do eventually receive it, you must pay p&p again before I can send the item.  In all cases, whether your item is actually returned to me or not, or you refuse to pay for redelivery, a refund for both the item & initial p&p will NOT be given as I have already sent you the item in accordance to Ebay Regulations, this is NOT classed as 'Item Not Received'.  Any 'Returned to Sender' item will be kept for 7 days and thereafter will be donated to charity without further notice unless you have communicated with me and taken appropriate actions; please also be aware that I am not liable for damages caused by excessive transit of your shipment.
• 'Item Not Received' claims - For items sent without a tracking #,I will only issue you a refund after the period deemed by the carrier as 'Lost'; this can vary depending on destination, service and carrier used; while Royal Mail to UK is around 15 working days after my dispatch, couriers could be different.
