This 2009 Philadelphia minted Professional Life Reverse Lincoln cent has a DIE CLASHES on Abe's neck and within Abe's beard, and under the front of Abe's chin and extending eastward.  These sets of vertical lines are from the windows on the reverse side.

Die clashes occur when no "blank" is present when the dies which strike the coins make contact with each other, causing the opposite sides to be impressed into each other to show design elements in reverse.  Mint inspectors examine coins and remove defective dies as soon as they are spottedsometimes creating a numismatic rarity like these die clashes.
