Overall very good condition and very scarce Westbury Golden Jubilee book. Exterior shows some spotting or foxing from age with plastic spiral binding well intact. Interior of the book is very clean and well intact. Book includes program menu. Plastic spiral binding is well intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing.

Book is unpaginated and is comprised of a short history with images of historical buildings followed by the bulk being period 1982 advertisements of local businesses. Book weighs about 1 1/2 pounds and measures approximately 11 x 9 x 1/2 inches.
