About the DW Performance Snare:

The Performance Series bears all the hallmarks of custom drums. This snare drum features a polished and rolled 1mm copper shell for focused and balanced attack, while offering darker tonality and complex overtones.

 This snare is fitted with Performance quarter-sized lugs and TruePitch tuning tension rods to help you dial in your snare sound with reduced slippage. In addition, DW's signature MAG throw-off and 3P butt plate work in tandem to provide three different snare tensions with the flip of a switch.
