I am not a flute player (I played clarinet) but I was able to play a few notes. That is more than I can say for myself back in middle school!

The headjoint, body and the footjoint. are made of sterling silver. I do not know what that means scrap wise as far as value.

There are no dents or significant scratches.

The flute assembles as intended.

The pads appear to be in good used condition.

I see no discoloration or any lost parts.

The hard case is in good used condition.

One latch works fine but the other is stuck open.
