Tested and fully functional. The PSU is in overall good condition but does have a scratch on top (please see pictures). The PSU comes with (1) ATX adapter bracket, (1) power, (2) CPU, (1) ATX, (1) PCIe 2 pin, (1) PCIe, and (1) SATA 4 cable (please see pictures). The package comes with everything seen in the photos. If the accessories or any other items are not pictured, they are not included.
