In a used condition with wear. Has wear to the nose of the figure, other minor wear to his head and some marks - see photos. His hands and feet have some wear. He has paint loss as pictured. His right arm doesn't hold in position and points upwards as shown in the photos. His gun has some plastic 'melt' marks and general wear - see pics, some sticker wear and signs of play to his other accessory. Please see photos for actual condition.
