Reclaimed from an early 19th, century longcase clock door, they are probably the original fitted parts. Just as you see it in the photos everything included except that four of the small brass screws are missing f from the hinges. The key may not be the original because it will not operate the lock, it’s the correct size so either the lock requires lubrication or the key needs to be adjusted.
