This is a used item. Laptop is clean and in good functioning condition. Casing does show signs of wear and using with varying levels of scratching/nicking in locations and 3 small dents in the same area on casing top. Screen is clean and in good condition. Charge cord and block have are as clean as we could get them and show typical sign of wear and usage.
