This is a vintage Thermos ice bucket from the 1960s. It comes in a hard-to-find teal color and features a lid, bucket, and gold toned metal carrying rack.

The item is 8.5 inches in height and diameter,. The ice bucket is made of plastic and is insulated. The model number is 9940, and it is an original piece from Thermos.

Some light surface corrosion on rack.  Top finial has some wear from shine finish.  Light staining in a few spots as per photos.  Interior has a few scratches in white plastic. 

Very unique piece of history and very eye catching.
