Returns
30 days refund, buyer pays return postage Refund is for the sale price only (shipping and handling are non-refundable). Item must be in original and unused condition. Please contact us prior to returning the item. If we make a mistake (wrong item shipped, damaged item) we will pay shipping cost and will send a replacement free of charge. Note it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the item is sufficiently packed to ensure safe return carriage; otherwise the cost of any damage caused may be deducted from the refund. Refunds will not be automatically issued for undelivered items as an investigation would need to be done with the carrier this can take up to 30 days. In the meantime if you require the item please purchase a replacement and once the investigation is concluded and the item is deemed as "Lost" a full refund will be issued.
