This product is a used rear seat back wood picnic table for a 1995-2003 Jaguar XJ8 Vanden Plas. It is a single piece and comes in beige leather/woodgrain color with a polished woodgrain surface finish. The manufacturer part numbers are JLM20497 and JLM12147, and the OE/OEM part numbers are the same. It has a 30-day warranty and was not modified from its original state. It is not a universal fitment or a performance part.
