Very pretty piece. I’m not sure if it’s a candle holder or possibly a stemless wine glass. Not sure if it’s murano, or some other type of art glass. I am sure it’s beautiful and in great shape. It is 4” high by 3 1/4” diameter. Please ask questions if you have them
