This is a 1964 (Philadelphia) Washington Silver Proof Quarter PCGS PR65 (Proof 65). This coin has a neat purple toned obverse completely covering the entire side. The reverse has a touch of purple along the edges as well as a few milky specs on the Eagle's left wing. The reverse also has a little bit of frostiness.
