Australian WW1 Gallipoli plaque. Named. Orig. 8/Bn. Wounded Gallipoli & France.

On offer is an original Gallipoli plaque.

Correctly name engraved 'A Box'.  He was the only Australian with this name to serve on Gallipoli.

Comes with the original presentation case and the cardboard lid that it was posted in.

Pte Albert Box original member of the 8th Battalion who was wounded on Gallipoli 24/7/15 and in France 19/8/16. 

The last photo is a screen shot from his file. It is a letter he wrote applying for the Gallipoli plaque in 1967.
