Terms and Conditions of Sale (Please Read)

This is an auction where bidders are expected to read all terms carefully before bidding, including all auction notices, disclaimers, and restrictions on returns. By bidding, you agree to these terms.  

    Your bid / accepted offer is a contract - Place a bid or an offer only if you're serious about buying the item.  If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item.  I will not cancel winning bids or accepted offers.

     I strive to list items for a fair price, which is based on a lot of research.    Please be that considerate when making an offer.

     Please ask questions BEFORE bidding.

Payment is required within 3 days.      

    All items are shipped 3 business days after receiving payment.  I reserve the right to use another carrier if it makes business sense.   I do my best to enter the weight and size of the package so that accurate shipping costs are calculated.

     Please respect my best efforts and be fair in working out any issues with me. I never want to take advantage of a buyer.

     Handling fee applies to shipping supplies and/or insurance.

     I will combine shipping if possible.  Please notify me before you pay if you buy multiple items.
