What's in the package?

You will receive only what is pictured. If not pictured - it's not there unless specifically mentioned in a listing. Desktop PC's come without a power cable. Laptops come without a power supply unless pictured with one. Any other devices come without a power supply/power cable. This is due to our environmental policy - we don't want to ship unnecessary cables and add to the environmental problem. If you are in a desperate need of a power supply or a power cable with your device or need help with getting the right one - send us a message and we will try to help.

I have a problem with my item.

Please contact us via eBay. We'll do our best to help. The items we sell are recovered from ITAD clearances, meaning they might have some underlying problems that were not spotted when we've tested them. If there's nothing that can be done to fix your issue, we'll gladly refund you upon return of the item. Please open a return case via eBay and describe your issue. It should be accepted automatically within few hours of the request. You have 30 days since day of your purchase to return unwanted item. Please bear in mind that the returned item must be in the same condition as it was when shipped to you - we restrict the right to lower the return value or cancel it if you've damaged the item in any way.

I don't see the tracking of my parcel updated.

We're very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, once the parcel leaves our warehouse we have no control over it. Courier companies tend to struggle due to lack of available drivers at the moment. This means your tracking might fail to update. Allow some time to do so.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to many countries in EU and around the globe via eBay Global Shipping Programme. Please see the postage tab and adjust your address if needed. It should display the approximate postage cost and fees such as import tax.

Can you send me a VAT receipt?

Yes. Please message us and provide your order number and email so we can send it over.

 

 

Item condition 

We sell all our items as "used". They might have some marks on the casing but nothing major, unless pictured. Please always refer to pictures and message us in case of any questions. Please be aware that we are unable to fully test the item and perform benchmarks. Contact us before arranging a return, as we might be able to help you resolve the issue.

• Laptops: The laptops are wiped of data and provided with a fresh copy of OS. We do not perform any further benchmarks. Please refer to item condition tab for battery and screen information. See pictures for more details and message us in case of any questions.
• Desktop PCs: Desktop PCs are wiped of data and provided with a fresh copy of OS. We do not perform any further benchmarks. See pictures for more details and message us in case of any questions.
• Networking Equipment: Items are power tested only. We did not perform any further tests unless mentioned in the condition tab. See pictures for more details and message us in case of any questions.
• Any other general electronics: Items are power tested only. We did not perform any further tests unless mentioned in the condition tab. See pictures for more details and message us in case of any questions.
