As clean as they come is this 1891 circa Railway King pocket watch from The columbus USA factory and immpeccably serviced th eproper way! I have added a new mainspring needless to say and it is a great time keeper. This is a gold filled display back with both sides having glass crystals not cheap plastic. Across this 18 size stem wind and lever set pocket watch is 55mm so it is a nice big size.The dial is double sunk enamel and it is original and in fact you can see it is written " Columbus Railway King" above the sweep second hand and with a "choo choo" at the top of the center of the hands as again you can clearly see this. There is a line or two on the enamel dial though not Earth shattering at all. The hands are "beetle" end pieces and original to this gem. The movement is a model 3 with 16 clean and inspected jewels. This is a Breguet over coil hairspring and this 2 tone Railway King movement has been adjusted at the factory. The serial number for this genuine 2 tone movement is 204,705 which places this piece to the year 1891. As I sit here and type in this description, it is ticking up a storm with a strong amplitude and in true beat .
