Talbots Beige or Light Tan Pullover Hoodie is a Petites size L

There is a drawstring which can hit below waist at upper hip OR at waist for blouson fit

Measurements when laid flat: 

     Bust    22.5" 

     Waist  18.5"

     Hips    21"

Sleeve length from shoulder seam to hem is 22"

      On me the sleeves are 3/4 length but this is a Petite and 

      I usually wear regular so they may be full length on Petites.

Total length from top of back seam to hem:  27.5"
