Offering this unique midcentury modern art glass square bottle/vase produced in Murano Italy by Gino Cenedese. The bottle comes with a stopper although I am unsure that it is exclusive to the piece as it is smaller than the inside diameter of the neck. The bottle has an "a scavo" finish which is basically a special glass finishing technique used to make the surface look old as if it had been buried for a long time. It is decorated with red horizontal stripes which appear to be applied on the inside. There are three millefiori hand painted on the outside of the bottle. The glass is thick and heavy. There is what appears as crackling in the corners and has two small bruises at the bottom corners as shown in the photos. Other than that, there are no chips, cracks or other damage noted. The piece is signed Cenedese on the bottom. It stands 4 1/2 inches tall without the stopper and measures 2 1/4 inches wide.

Reasonable offers accepted considering the condition issue.
