Crafted from high quality cast iron, The Barbary & Oak 23cm Cast Iron Grill Pan finished in Camembert Cream, is a reliable cooking companion that any avid cook needs in their kitchen. Built to be robust and durable, the heat-retaining properties of cast iron helps to keep the contents warmer for longer whilst the easy to clean enamel interior prevents food from sticking and won't absorb any flavours or odours. The ridged design of the interior allows fat and oils to drain away for healthier cooking whilst producing distinctive char lines.

This Barbary & Oak cast iron grill pan is extremely versatile, being suitable for use on all types of hob (including induction), as well as being grill and oven safe up to temperatures of 260°C.

An easy grip handle provides a sure grip when transfering the cast iron grill pan to and from the oven, or when serving at the table. An additional side spout offers simple, drip-free pouring.
