🔹 This is a pre-order product, and shipping will begin 5 to 7 days after the release date (May 24).
🔹 Pre-sale benefits and posters are only available for products purchased before the album release date. This offer is not available for
products purchased after the album release date.
🔹 The outer box is designed to protect the product from impact, so minor scratches, scuffs, discoloration, etc. may occur during
packaging/delivery, and this is not grounds for exchange.
🔹 Due to the nature of the product, there may be slight scratches. This is a natural phenomenon that occurs during the production
process and is not a defective product, so exchange/return is not possible.
🔹 In the case of prints and photo cards, due to the nature of PET and hologram coating materials, slight differences in colo or size,
minor scratches, minor scratches, dust marks, etc. may occur on the back, body, and background excluding the artist's face, and
cannot be exchanged.
🔹 However, if the product has a serious defect, it can be exchanged through the following process.
* After receiving the product, please take an unboxing video to check for defects and omissions.
