This is a hand made copy of the Pre and WW1 German  Navy NCO's cap badge gold on field grey wool base. These are for navy ground troops, it is subdued so not to make him a target. They are 1 3/4 high X 2 3/4 wide inches, need to be sewn or glued on cap.   S&H 2.00 USA,  5.00 overseas
