This vintage 1978 Franklin Mint Benjamin Franklin Silver Plate Tankard was in storage since 1980.  It has no damage but is tarnished.  I've not attempted to clean it so there will be no damage to the silver finish.  Franklin Mint letter and Certificate of Authenticity are included.  Also, it will be delivered wrapped in a "Tarnprufe" felt bag.
