W Virginia Chesapeake Ohio Railroad Engineering S A Belt Buckle Vtg 80s ...a super cool old 1986 employee safety award belt buckle for West Virginia Division, Engineering, Chesapeake & Ohio Railroads . This is a gray/silver tone metal buckle with darkened accents. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 2-3/4" x 2", it fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and it weighs about 4.2 oz. Please ask any questions before you buy and look at all the photos, what you see is what you are buying.
