The motherboard has a damaged RAM slot, but is still functioning, and there are lightly bent pins in the CPU socket. Other than this issue, the motherboard works well and has been tested (Please see pictures). The package comes with everything seen in the photos. If the accessories or any other items are not pictured, they are not included.
