RARE Antique Jennings Brothers Angled Brass Boat Car Clock Brass Era Automobile

In good vintage original cosmetic condition. Has some vintage wear and oxidation on the brass.
Unfortunately it is not working and is being sold as is for repair or display.
It measures 2 3/4" in diameter across the front glass area.
It measures 3 2/8" x 3 3/4" at the brass base.
Sounds like there are a few loose parts inside when you shake it a tad. Couldn't get the dials to turn as well.
It is angled and then angled a tad somewhere to onside. Very interesting find to add to your collection or to your antique boat or car.
