Acquired at a local senior's estate sale last week, here's a vintage woven textile. I essentially know nothing about this genre, so please examine all photos carefully and make your decision as to its authenticity. But with my cursory knowledge and artist's eye, it does appear authentic. The fibers are extremely tightly woven with great skill and care, making it very strong and sturdy.

In good condition, but does show several small areas where fibers are interrupted or where weaving appears different; am unsure if these are damage or flaws in the weaving process.

Please see my listing of a Native American basket acquired at the same estate sale as seen in last photo; will gladly ship together for discounted shipping.

Helpful eBay shoppers state this is a Mexican or Chimayo weaving.
