A Rare pair of Rolls Royce Busts of Frederick Henry Royce and Charles Stewart Rolls Rolls.


The busts are models of the bronzes produced in 1934 by William McMillian.

A Pair of miniature cold-cast bronze busts of Charles Stewart Rolls and Frederick Henry Royce to commemorate the 75th anniversary of their meeting.

It all started in 1934 when sculptor and Royal Academician William McMillan
( 1887 – 1977 ) produced a pair of life-size portrait bronze busts of The Hon. Charles Stewart Rolls and Frederick Henry Royce.

McMillan had been born in Aberdeen Scotland and became Master of the Sculpture School from 1929 to 1941. He was very highly regarded in his field.

In 1979 Rolls-Royce Motors Limited in Crewe commissioned smaller copies to commemorate the 75th, Anniversary of the meeting of Rolls and Royce.

The official Rolls-Royce dealers bought a pair each for showroom or boardroom display.


Each bust measures approximately 22 cm tall x 17 cm Width x 11 cm Depth. 


When on the wooden display plinth they measure approximately 26 cm tall. 


Both busts feature a Nameplate and Life dates below the bust.

Each bust comes with a wooden display Plinth included.
