Shipping:

We only ship directly within the continental United States. Orders are shipped through FedEx, UPS or the USPS. Orders usually ship the same or following business day. All items that we ship have a tracking number. You can find your tracking number by clicking on "My eBay" and scrolling down to your Purchase History with us. If your tracking number is available, it can be found there. If there is no tracking number and you feel your item should have shipped already please let us know and we will assist you.

International Customers:

• International orders are shipped through the ebay Global Shipping Program.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Return Policy:

We understand that returns and exchanges can often be a hassle. That is why we try to make things as easy as possible for you. We will gladly accept returns of defective or damaged items for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise noted. Items sold as “For Parts or Repair” are sold As-is Without Warranty and are NOT eligible for return. Please contact us through the eBay messaging system to request return authorization for you order.

For all damaged and/or defective returns Old School Tronics will assume shipping and handling costs back to our facility. Returns of non-defective products will require the buyer to cover the return shipping charges. Non-defective exchanges for different products than were originally purchased will also require the buyer to cover the return shipping charges. Non-defective NEW products must be unopened and include any and all accessories to be eligible for return. Old School Tronics will pay for shipping exchanges back to the customer.
