This model was made by Caldwell in the 1920-1930's. I have seen it offered for sale many times but generally the "tail" has snapped off and been lost. Not the case here. Very delicate design. 11" tall. Will require new wire/electric. As are 7" across. Could be used with candles and make a real statement.
