Pre-owned. No power cord. It must be purchased separately. Good condition with surface wear and is clean. Also takes 4 AAA Batteries not included. For this unit to fully function it needs power cord. I believe the batteries were just a backup function. I tested the unit with a power cord to another unit  and it worked and powered on.
