A note on future variegation ( NEW LEAF ) ; There is no exact way of telling what the future variegation of the leaves will look like. It’s on a leaf by leaf basis. Sometimes the plant produces leaves with higher variegation. Sometimes it produces leaves with lower variegation. Sometimes it produces green leaves ( no variegation) but it could revert back to variegated. After purchased Please DON’T CLAIM that you received the reverted plant.

Buyers be aware it’s possibility that the variegated portions of the leaves are prone browning or rot in shipping. We do not offer refunds/partial refunds for browning or rot leaves. PAYMENT

PAYMENTS should be paid within 48 hours of auction ending.

If payment is received after our shipping days (Monday & Tuesday), your plant(s) will be shipped out the following week. This is to ensure that your shipment does not get delayed over the weekend.

SHIPPING

All plants will be shipped on Mondays or Tuesdays via USPS priority mail, FedEx home delivery or UPS ground only. If you want to upgrade shipping service. Upgrade services are available for purchase as a Buy It Now item for $45 per shipment.

We can combine shipping for multiple plants and auctions ending in the same week. If you want to combine ship, please wait to pay until all purchases have been made.

P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories will be shipped through USPS priority mail only . Please keep in mind. It might take over 5 days to get to you. We will take no responsibility if plants get to you with rot, root rot, damage or dead.

All plants will pack with insulation with no extra charge if you think heat packs still needed. 72 hours heat packs are available for purchase as a Buy It Now item for $5 each.

TERMS OF SALE

Please be aware that there is a possibility of some damage (broken/bent/dropped leaves, wilting, bruised young tender leaves, loose soil, rot on stem /root /leaves, specially on variegation plants…etc. during transit. Shipping can cause stress to a plant, especially when spending days in a box with no light or the boxes themselves can be damaged by the carrier during transit, but not to worry the plant will recover.

Please note that any delays, lost packaging, and stolen packages or weather-related damage during shipping we will not be held responsible for it.

Plants may contain insects please quarantine plants before adding into your greenhouse/house. I will not take any responsibility if any insects infestation.

Buyers with zero feedback ARE NOT allowed to bid on our items. Your bid will be removed. If you win the order will be canceled. Except you contact us for permission to bid.
