This is Miller specialty tool C-4156, Steering Lock Plate Compressor Set, for the following vehicles:
Note that this tool uses what appears to be a metric threaded forcing screw; Chrysler corporation vehicles built from 1971-87 used this same tool but with what I believe to be an SAE (standard US thread) forcing screw.
The -1 assembly still has its cadmium plating intact, -2 adapter is plain steel with no surface coating, both are is in very nice condition. All pieces are clean, the tool is complete as you see it & undamaged, lightly oiled and wrapped in VCI paper to inhibit corrosion.
BUT, you can still find them here and at a fair price, check your service manual for application.
