Description
The L6 series is equipped with a variety of Yamaha's original technologies. The top material is made of Ingleman spruce veneer and has been treated with A.R.E (Acoustic Resonance Enhancement). Additionally, the improved bracing design delivers stronger, louder sound while maintaining excellent volume balance. It is also equipped with a passive type pickup that matches the needs of modern guitarists. This pickup allows you to maintain the appearance of an acoustic guitar and demonstrate high expressive power without compromising the sound of the guitar, even during live performances or recordings.
Equipped with passive type pickup
Equipped with a newly developed passive type pickup. A piezo element is installed for each string under the saddle. It is a passive type that does not require a power source in the guitar body, and since there is no preamplifier or battery box attached to the guitar body, it faithfully reproduces the dynamic sound of the L series while maintaining the appearance of an acoustic guitar. While minimizing the effect the pickup has on the live sound, it gives off a distinct presence even when playing in a band.
