Very nice old leather-bound book, contains lots of architectural illustrations. This is a First Edition in good condition, gold-gilt top page edges, sides and bottom edges are rough-cut. There is a clear-tape binding repair to the front cover, hinge both outside and inside. Otherwise, this hard-to-find volume is in wonderful condition, no writing or marks inside, text-block solid, hinges tight, corners slightly worn, the gold gilt on the spine is still intact and shiny.
